Houston 'drowned after taking cocaine'

Whitney Houston's death was due to accidental drowning, a coroner has ruled, but the effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use were also listed as factors.
Craig Harvey, the LA County coroner's spokesman announced that drug tests indicated Whitney was a chronic cocaine user.
The coroner's statement said marijuana, a muscle relaxant, an anti-anxiety drug and an anti-histamine were also found in her blood, but were not factors in her death.
Whitney's manner of death was described as an "accident" and "no trauma or foul play is suspected".
Whitney's sister-in-law, Patricia Houston told the Associated Press news agency: "We are saddened to learn of the toxicology results, although we are glad to now have closure."
